Kirsty Janney is a specialist executive coach and facilitator who works with leadership teams, managers and directors within medium/large corporates, Government and small business to maximise their results and leverage their style at work. 

With over 25 years experience in coaching, career transition, consulting and strategic marketing, Kirsty is passionate about developing talent and helping leaders to define effective and authentic leadership through performance.  

​An energetic and engaging facilitator, Kirsty works well with small teams and also across large group presentations.  She facilitates whole day programs to create better teamwork, laser tight focus and alignment to strategic goals.

Kirsty’s career coaching approach is to work closely with clients to help them crystallise their career aspirations and better leverage their personal strengths and style at work. She combines a strengths based approach with strategic understanding and empathy around the issues faced by clients. Her priority is to help clients to create realistic and impactful strategies to build towards the change they want.
 
She has held senior executive positions in well-known national and multinational companies, including Westpac, Zurich, Charles Schwab and Hamilton, James & Bruce. Kirsty has successfully managed her own strategic marketing and executive coaching business and understands the pressures faced by business leaders looking to create resilient and high performing teams.
